1. Associate Director / Scientist-F :
No of post : 01 Post (Pune-01)
Age Limit : Upper Age limit is 46 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8900/- **Approx. CTC-Rs. 1957402/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st class BE / B.Tech / MCA / or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Postgraduate in Engineering / Technology in relevant discipline with 14 years experience OR 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 13 years relevant experience.

2. Joint Director/Scientist E :
No of post : 05 Posts (Hyderabad-01, Pune-04)
Age Limit : Upper Age limit is 41 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8900/- **Approx. CTC-Rs. 1849074/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st class BE / B.Tech / MCA / or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Postgraduate in Engineering / Technology in relevant discipline with 09 years experience OR 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 11 years relevant experience.

3. Principle Technical Officer/Principle Engineer :
No of post : 21 Posts (Delhi-1, Hyderabad-3, Pune-5, Noida-1, Chennai-4, Mohali-1, Bangalore-6)
Age Limit : Upper Age limit is 37 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- per month.

Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st class BE / B.Tech / MCA / or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Postgraduate in Engineering / Technology in relevant discipline with 05 years experience OR 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 07 years relevant experience.

4. Manager HR :
No of post : 02 Posts (Thiruvananthapuram-01, Corporate Office Pune-01)
Age Limit : Upper Age limit is 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- per month.
