The All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, Applications are invited from well qualified and experienced employees of Central or State Governments or Central/ State Govt. Universities or Autonomous Bodies set up by Government, for appointment to the following posts on DEPUTATION BASIS initially for a period of one year and extendable on yearly basis for its Headquarter office at New Delhi and its Regional Offices. post : Advisor, Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Legal Advisor, System Analyst – Programmer, Private Secretary, Accountant-Office Superintendent cum Accountant, Personal Assistant, Assistant, Upper Division Clerk.

1. Advisor I :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.

2. Director :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Deputy Director :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.

4. Assistant Director :
No of post : 10 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology /Architecture & Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.

5. Assistant Legal Advisor :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Master Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent Experience of (ii) Eight years Legal practice as an Advocate in High Courts or Supreme Court of India; OR (iii) Eight years experience in dealing with legal matters in supervisory capacity in Central or State Governments or Central / State Govt. Universities or Autonomous Bodies set up by Government.
Desirable : Well versed with Administrative Laws, Constitutional Laws and other Civil Laws etc.

6. System Analyst/ Programmer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Master Degree in Statistics or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Operations Research or Physics or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) from a recognized University or equivalent; OR (ii) Degree in Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent

7. Private Secretary :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent, (ii) Possessing speed of 120 words per minute in Stenography in English, (iii) Knowledge in Computer applications.

8. Accountant-Office Superintendent cum Accountant :
No of post : 08 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Commerce from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable : Training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent

9. Personal Assistant :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography in English. (iii) Five years experience as Steno in a reputed organization; (iv) Knowledge in Computer Applications.

10. Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Six years experience in General Administration / Accounts work. Working knowledge in Computer Applications.

11. Upper Division Clerk :
No of post : 08 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. (2) Knowledge in Computer Applications. Five years work experience in general administration and accounts from Central or State Governments or Central / State Govt. Universities or Autonomous Bodies set up by Government.
