Cytogenetics Laboratory, Department of Zoology, Banaras Hindu University, Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant and Laboratory Attendant in a DBT CEIB�II Project entitled “Functions of the multiple long noncoding transcripts of the hsrco gene of Drosophila” and Curator of Stocks and Laboratory Attendant (01) in a DBT CEIB�II Project entitled “Drosophila Stock Repository” The positions are temporary and co-terminus with the projects post : Project Assistant, Laboratory Attendant, Drosophila and Curator of Stocks
1. Project Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper Age Limit is 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/- Per month Fixed.
Essential Qualification & Experience :�Candidate should have passed B.Sc. or Intermediate in Science with 2-3 years’ laboratory / field work experience or ITI with 2 years experience.
2. Laboratory Attendant :
No of post : 02 Post
Age Limit : Upper Age Limit is 30 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/- Per month Fixed.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed B.Sc. or Intermediate in Science with 2-3 years’ laboratory / field work experience or ITI with 2 years experience.
3. Drosophila and Curator of Stocks :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper Age Limit is 30 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,000/- Per month Fixed.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed B.Sc. or Intermediate in Science with 2-3 years’ as an Drosophila and Curator of Stocks��field work experience or ITI with 2 years experience.
