Bihar State Housing Board, BSHB, Is a state level organization engaged in development of integrated housing colonies with all infrastructure facilities and has fixed a goal of providing 100,000 housing units in the State in the next 5 years along with commercial facilities. In view of the above roadmap, the BSHB is looking for filling up the following vacant positions on contract basis, initially for a period of one year, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the competent authority of the Board. post : Superintending Engineer, Project Director – Executiv- Engineer, Technical Secretary, Manager Finance – Accounts Officer, Auditor, Public Relation Officer, Law Officer

1. Superintending Engineer :
No of post : 01 Post (Gen-01)
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 62 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech (Civil) With 15 years experience.

2. Project Director (Executive Engineer) :
No of post : 07 Posts (Gen-4, EBC-2, BC-1)
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech (Civil) With 07 years experience.

3. Technical Secretary to SE (EE Rank) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech (Civil) With 07 years experience.

4. Manager Finance (Accounts Officer) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 42 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate and Final Examination Passed in Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) and Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) 03 years experience.

5. Auditor :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Com/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter.

6. Public Relation Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG Diploma / PG Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relation.

7. Law Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not to Exceed 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 35,000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in law from a recognized university.
