BGCMW has recently been established by Government of Bihar Under “National Ganga River Basin Authority (NGRBA)” with the responsibility to accelerate urban infrastructure development works for towns along River Ganga in Bihar. post : Technical Manager, Senior Environmental Engineer, Sewerage Specialist, Solid Waste Management Specialist, River Front Management Specialist, Civil Engineer, Economic-Financial Analysis Specialist, PPP Specialist, Social Development Specialist ESMF, Environmental Specialist E&MF, Team Assistant

1. Technical Manager :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 1,00,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure Planning/Environmental Planning) with 15 years relevant Experience in Planning and execution of large Scale and long term infrastructure investments programme related to Sewerage/Solid waste/River Front Development Project, Track record of delivering outputs.

2. Senior Environmental Engineer :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 80,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Environmental Planning / Environmental Earth Sciences/ Water Resource Management) with 10 years of experience in waste water management preferably in project preparation and execution.

3. Sewerage Specialist :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Planning) with 8 years of experience in waste water management preferably in sewerage networks design and construction.

4. Solid Waste Management Specialist :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Planning) with 8 years of experience in solid waste management.

5. River Front Management Specialist :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience: Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Civil Engineering/ Urban Planning/ Infrastructure Planning / Environmental Planning) with 10 years of experience in conservation and urban planning,
preferably in river front management.

6. Civil Engineer :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 80,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering (Construction management)

7. Economic/Financial Analysis (Specialist) :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or MBA (Finance) with 8 years of experience in financially/designing PPP in infrastructure investments.

8. PPP Specialist :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree Graduate degree in Civil
Engineering or MBA (Finance) with 8 years of experience in financially/designing PPP in infrastructure investments.

9. Social Development Specialist ESMF :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work with 8 years of experience in Social Management preferably in infrastructure projects.

10. Environmental Specialist E&MF :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Relevant degree (Graduate/Post Graduation in Environmental Planning / Environmental Earth Sciences) with 8 years of experience in Environmental Management, preferably in infrastructure projects.

11. Team Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/ – Consolidated Minimum Per Month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with 20 years relevant experience including as Program Assistant, Good Computer Skills.
