1. Management Trainees Materials :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates Should have completed Full time B.E. / B.Tech.(Mech.) / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engg/Mech. Marine with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.

2. Assistant Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 04 Posts
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Member of CA / ICWAI

3. General Manager HR :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 52 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management / IR from a recognized University.

4. Deputy General Manager HR :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management / IR from a recognized University.

5. Deputy Manager Marketing :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management / IR from a recognized University.

6. Deputy Manager Technical :
No of post : 01 Post (ST-01)
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I. Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience on Vessels and handling vessel repairs, Maintenance independently, ensure maintenance of vessels in a seaworthy condition, compliance of valid statutory and class certificates of vessels, meeting ISM/ISPS requirements of vessels, providing shore based technical support to the vessel is required.

7. Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 02 Posts (UR -1, SC-1)
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Member of CA /ICWAI

8. Management Trainees :
No of post : 02 Posts (UR-02)
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 30.09.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time B.E. / B.Tech.(Mech.) / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engg / Mech. Marine with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University.

Selection Process : Selection for Management Trainees will be based on GATE score and interview. Candidates having GATE Score irrespective of year of appearance may apply for the above posts.
