Rail Land Development Authority, RLDA, is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial for the purpose ofgenerating revenue by non-tariff measures. RLDA has since been constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006, as amended on 5.1.2007. The Rules for functioning of RLDA have also been notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 4.1.2007. 1. Junior General Manager – Law :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with grade pay Rs. 8700/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous post or SG/JAG Officer working on regular posts of Legal Department having corresponding grade and 9 years Group A Service on regular posts in legal cadre of Central Govt./State Govt. /Indian Railways/PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities.
Essential: Possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.

2. Junior General Manager – civil :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with grade pay Rs. 8700/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous post or SG/JAG Officer working on regular posts of Legal Department having corresponding grade and 9 years Group A Service on regular posts in legal cadre of Central Govt./State Govt. /Indian Railways/PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities.
Essential: Possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.

3. Junior General Manager – Accounts :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with grade pay Rs. 8700/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : IRAS Officer working on analogous posts or SG/JAG officer working on regular posts of IRAS cadre of Indian Railways having corresponding grade or Group ‘A’ Officer of the Accounts Deptt. having 9 years regular service in Accounts Depts.

4. Deputy General Manager Finance :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with grade pay Rs. 7600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : IRAS Officer working on analogous posts or SG/JAG officer working on regular posts of IRAS cadre of Indian Railways having corresponding grade or Group ‘A’ Officer of the Accounts Deptt. having 9 years regular service in Accounts Depts.

5. Manager/Accounts :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with grade pay Rs. 6600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : An officer working on analogous post or working on regular basis in a grade not lower than Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 5400/- (revised) of Accounts Department of Indian Railways.

6. Manager/Projects :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with grade pay Rs. 6600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous posts or a Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officer working on regular post in the in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800/- (RP) from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian, Railways / Central Govrt. / State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities.

7. Assistant Legal Advisor :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with grade pay Rs. 6600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : An officer holding analogous post or working in a grade not lower than Rs. 9300-34800/- with GP of Rs. 4800/- Group ‘B’ Gazetted on regular basis in Central Govt./ State Govt. /Indian Railways/PSUs of
Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities.

8. Assistant Manager/ IT :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month with grade pay Rs. 5400/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs / Statutory Authority’s employee working in the analogous post or in the analogous post.

9. Accounts Assistant :
No of post : 03 Posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month with grade pay Rs. 4800/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous post or in a grade not lower than revised grade Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/- with four years of regular service in Accounts Department of Indian Railways and have working knowledge of computers.

10. Private Secretary :
No of post : 03 Posts
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month with grade pay Rs. 4600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous post or in a grade not lower than revised grade Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/- with four years of regular service in Accounts Department of Indian Railways and have working.

11. Office Assistant/Projects :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month with grade pay Rs. 4600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Working on analogous post or in a grade not lower than revised grade Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/- with four years of regular service in Accounts Department of Indian Railways and have working.

12. Office Assistant/Vigilance :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month with grade pay Rs. 4600/- (RP).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates working in a Central Govt./State Govt. /Indian Railways/PSUs of Central Govt. & State govt./ PSEs / Statutory Authority’s employee working on regular basis in the analogous post or in the immediate next below pay scale i.e. Rs 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4200/- (revised) on regular basis in the clerical cadre.

13. Hindi Translator :

14. Personal Assistant :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month with grade pay Rs. 2400/- (RP).

15. Draughtsman :

16. UDC :
