The Directorate of Governance Reforms invites Online Applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 18 (Eighteen) Posts on regular / contractual basis. post : Research Officer, System Manager, Assistant Manager, Technical Assistant, District Technical Coordinator

1. Research Officers :
No of post : 03 Posts contractual
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years & above 38 years of age on the 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Phil / Ph.D. with minimum of 03 years of research experience in a Govt. Recognized University / Institution in the field of Public Administration / Sociology / Economics / Political Science OR MBA with specialization in Human Resource (HR) process reengineering / Change management with minimum of three (3) years of research experience in a Govt. Recognized University / Institution in the field of Public Administration/ Sociology / Economics / Political Science.

2. System Manager :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years & above 38 years of age on the 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Information Technology (IT) / Electronics and Communication (EC) / Computer Science (CS) with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in each case and experience of 04 years in the field of Information & Communication Technology and e-Governance.

3. Assistant Manager :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years & above 38 years of age on the 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E. / M.Tech/ Ph.D. in Information Technology (IT) / Electronics and Communication (EC) / Computer Science (CS) with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in each case and experience of 02 years in the field of Information & Communication Technology and e-Governance.

4. Technical Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years & above 38 years of age on the 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E / M.Tech / Ph.D in Information Technology (IT) / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science (CS) with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in each case.

5. District Technical Coordinator :
No of post : 11 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years & above 38 years of age on the 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E / M.Tech / Ph.D in Information Technology (IT) / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science (CS) with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in each case.
