Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, BARC, Online applications are invited for the following Group C & B posts from eligible candidates against the vacancies in BARC and constituent units of DAE located in Mumbai – Maharashtra. The facility of online application will be opened on 22.12.2014 to 16.01.2015.

1. Canteen Attendant Group ‘C’ :
No of post : 25 Posts (Existing-15, Anticipated-10)
Age Limit : Maximum Age for General 32 years, For SC/ST – 45 Years, OBC – 43 Years as on 16.01.2015.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculate or equivalent.

2. Stenographer Grade-III Group ‘C’ :
No of post : 19 Posts (Existing-13, Anticipated-06)
Age Limit : Maximum Age for General 30 years, For SC/ST – 45 Years, OBC – 43 Years as on 16.01.2015.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation or equivalent Minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in English Shorthand & 30 w.p.m in English Typewriting.
Desirable : Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Data Processing.

3. Stenographer Grade-II Group ‘B’ :
No of post : 07 Posts (Existing-05, Anticipated-02)
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 16.01.2015.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation or equivalent Minimum speed of 100 w.p.m in English Shorthand & 45 w.p.m in English Typewriting.
Desirable : Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Data Processing

4. Assistant Security Officer Group ‘B’ Grade ‘A’ :
No of post : 10 Posts (Existing-03, Anticipated-07)
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years as on 16.01.2015.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduate from a recognized University. (ii) For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police and Ex-Central Para-Military Personnel Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent. Candidates having NCC ‘C’ Certificate and State Level Sports Certificate will be preferred.

Fees/Application Fee :
Application Fee Rs. 100/- for Canteen Attendant & Stenographer Gr.III. Rs. 150/- for Stenographer Gr.II & Assistant Security Officer “A”, SC/ST, Women Candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Physically challenged persons are exempted from fee. Candidate may download the three fold challan from the BARC website http://www.barc.gov.in and make the payment in any branch of State Bank of India. The portion of the challan marked “Institution Copy” should be submitted by the candidate at the time of Interview. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances and cannot be held in reserve for any other examination.
