Candidates possessing PG Qualification is also preferred.

2. HoD / Chief Designer (Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) / Medium Lift Helicopter (MLH) – Gr.VIII / IX :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering (Aeronautics/Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics) with 18/21 years of Post professional Qualification experience in Design & Development as Project Manager. Candidates possessing MBA/PG Qualification is also preferred.

3. Addl. General Manager / General Manager (IT) (Gr.VIII / IX) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering (Computer Science) with 18 years / 21 years of Post Professional Qualification experience in the areas of IT / ERP implementation.

4. Addl. General Manager (Customer Services) (Gr VIII) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : The candidate should possess a Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Production with 18 years of Post professional Qualification experience in manufacture or maintenance of Aircraft / Helicopters/ Engines/ Accessories. Preferably by lateral induction of a person who has worked or is working in the rank of Air Commodore in IAF.

7. Chief Manager / Dy. General Manager (Contracts) – (Gr.VI/VII ) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : He will possess University Degree (BA/B Sc/B Com) with a Degree in Law and Post Graduate Degree in Law with 13 / 16 years of Post Professional Qualification Experience in the areas of Contract, Legal & Corporate law.

8. Chief Manager / Dy General Manager (IT Security) – (Gr.VI/VII) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduation in Science with 12 years/15 years Post Professional Qualification experience in Cyber / Network Security, Frauds, Forensics, Preventive measures etc of which 2-3 years in Cyber / Network security. The candidate is desired to possess professional certification in ‘Certified Assessor of Information Security’ / ‘Certified Vulnerability Assessor’ / ‘Certified Network Associate’.

9. Deputy Company Secretary – (Gr.V/VI) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree (preferably in Commerce) with an Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 10 / 13 years Post Professional Qualification Experience.

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Production/Electrical with 6 years of Post Professional Qualification Experience in the areas of Materials Management, Project Management, e-Procurement etc. Candidates possessing Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management or Foreign Trade (2 years full time or 3 years part time/ correspondence course) from recognized Institutions/ Universities/ Indian Institute of Materials Management/ Indian Institute of foreign Trade, will be preferred.
