High Court of Himachal Pradesh, HCHP, Applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following existing / anticipated and few future vacancies of Class- III and Class-IV in all the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be filled as an Clerks, Steno Typist, Drivers, Process Servers.

1. Clerks :
No of post : 39 posts {25 on regular basis(12 UR, 7 SC, 3 ST, 2 OBC & 1 Ph. handicapped) and 14 on contract basis (8 UR, 3 SC, 1 ST & 2 OBC)}
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- Plus Grade pay Rs. 1900/- with initial start of Rs. 7810/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

2. Steno Typist :
No of post : 01 Post (OBC).Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- Plus Grade pay Rs. 2000/- with initial start of Rs. 8240/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 W.P.M. on computers.

3. Drivers :
No of post : 02 Posts (UR).Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5910 to 20200/- Plus Grade pay Rs. 2000/- with initial start of Rs. 8240/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. Preference shall be given to those having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles.

4. Process Servers :
No of post : 11 Posts {9 on regular basis(7 UR & 2 SC) and 2 on contract basis, (1 UR & 1 SC, may be converted into regular posts}
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 4900 to 10680/- Plus Grade pay Rs. 1400/- with initial per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Having passed 10+2 examination from the recognized Board.

Applications Fee :
The candidates are required to submit application fee in the shape of crossed Indian Postal Order only in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla payable at Shimla. The fee for Class-III posts is Rs. 200/- for General Category, Rs. 150/- for reserved category of H.P. only and such fee for Class-IV posts is Rs. 150/- for General Category, Rs. 100/- for reserve category of H.P. only.
