Essential Qualification & Experience : CA/ICWA or First class Degree and Diploma with 60% or MBA with 60%.

3. Assistant Company Secretary :

Age Limit : Between 35 to 40 Years as on 01.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : Not Specified
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Associate / Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of india.
