Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited, JKSPDCL, A fast growing power generation utility with its registered office at Hotel Shaw Inn, Boulevard, Srinagar, Kashmir and Camp Office at Ashok Nagar Satwari, Jammu, invites applications on prescribed forms from the permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir State for appointment to the posts of Assistant General Manager Contract, Assistant General Manager (Arbitration) Assistant General Manager (Litigation), Assistant Managers (Legal), Chartered Account and Cost Accountant.

1. Assistant General Manager (Contracts) :
No of post : 01 Post for OM-1 only.
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC/ Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with specialization in corporate / commercial laws with not less than two years practice at Bar.

2. Assistant General Manager (Arbitration)
No of post : 01 Post for OM-1 only.
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC / Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with experience of handling arbitration matters with not less than two years practice at Bar.

3. Assistant General Manager (Litigation) :
No of post : 01 Post for OM-1 only.
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC/ Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time LLB from a recognized University established by law with not less than one year practice at Bar.

4. Assistant General Manager (Legal) :
No of post : 03 Posts (OM-1, RBA-1, Sc-1)
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC / Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time LLB from a recognized University established by law with not less than one year practice at Bar.

5. Chartered Accountant :
No of post : 01 Post for OM-1 only.
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC / Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Qualified Chartered Accountant having passed the Final Examination conducted by ICAI. ii) Preference shall be given to those having experience in ERP / Double Entry System.

6. Cost Accountant :
No of post : 01 Post for OM-1 only.
Age Limit : Minimum age is 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Gen, Physically Handicapped 39 years, Members of SC / ST / RBA / ALC / OSC / Candidates already in Government Services/PSUs 40 years, Ex-Servicemen 48 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Qualified Cost & Works Accountant having passed Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
