Maharashtra Seeds State Seeds Corporation Ltd, MSSSC, a public sector company wishes to recruit dynamic professionals for the following posts :
 
I. Deputy General Manager (Production) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Agriculture Science with specialization in Agronomy / Plant Breeding/Genetics/Botany and Seed Technology. Ph.D, Special training in seed production, seed certification, seed testing, plant multiplication and Tissue Culture at a senior level are preferred. More than 10 Years experience in planning, execution, administration and seed production at senior level.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6900/-/- per month.

II. Deputy General Manager (Marketing) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Agriculture Science with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from reputed Institutes will be preferred. More than 10 Years experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors network, pricing, advertising and demand forecasting at senior level.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 50 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6900/-/- per month.

III. Senior Breeder :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc(Agril.) Genetics & Plant Breeding with Ph.D. Preferable. Minimum 5 years experience of handling research activities either in Public or private sector in the development of hybrid varieties. Etc.More than 10 Years experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors network, pricing, advertising and demand forecasting at senior level.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-/- per month.

IV. Plant Engineer:
No of Post : 02 Posts (ST-1, OBC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech.(Agriculture Engineering) 1st Class. M.Tech. (Processing Engineering) will be preferred. Minimum three years experience in Seed Processing Engineering/Seed Technology. Candidates already working in Seed Industry will be preferred.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 38 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month.

V. Junior Plant Engineer :
No of Post : 01 post (VJNT),
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech.(Agriculture Engineering) 1st Class. M.Tech. (Processing Engineering) will be preferred. Minimum one year experience in Seed Processing Engineering/Seed Technology. Candidates already working in Seed Industry will be preferred.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 38 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- per month.

VI. Accountant/ Internal Auditor :
No of Post : 01 post (VJNT),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Commerce with Advance Accountancy with a minimum of three years experience in Maintenance of books and finalization of accounts OR Passed in CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter) with minimum one year experience in accounts department.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 38 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- per month.

VII. Assistant Field Officer :
No of Post : 10 Posts (SC-1,ST-1,VJ(A) 1,NT(B) 1,NT(C) 1, OBC-2, Open-3),
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc.(Agriculture) preferably 1st Class, candidates having experience in seed industry will be preferred.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 38 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4300/- per month.
