National Institute of Siddha, NIS, Applications in the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following posts in the National Institute of Siddha. post : Assistant Professor Radiology, Assistant Professor Forensic Medicine, Radiologist, Radiographer, Dark Room Assistant

1. Assistant Professor (Radiology) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years as on 30.09.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/- + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.B.B.S with DMRD
Desirable: M.D (Radiology) Experience atleast 3 years as a Radiologist.

2. Assistant Professor (Forensic Medicine) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years as on 30.09.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month with Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/- + NPA.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.D.Forensic Medicine / Forensic Pathology

3. Radiologist :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 64 years as on 30.09.2013.
Scale of Pay : Consolidated Pay of Rs. 35,000/- pm.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Holding analogous post with PG degree in the concerned subject or 05 years regular service in the grade pay of 5400 with PG degree / diploma in concerned subject.

4. Radiographer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : For Direct 28 years as on 01.01.2014. And For Deputation is 56 years as on 01.01.2014.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Pass in the CRA examination provided that preference shall be given to a candidate who in addition possess a degree of B.A., B.Sc., M.Sc., M.A., B.Sc(Hon) or BA (Hon) of a recognized University with Physics as Main Subject.

5. Dark Room Assistant (OT) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 28 years as on 30.09.2013
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Certificate of having successfully completed the training course, for Dark Room Asst. provided that preference shall be given to candidates who have passed the CRA examination.
