The applicants may have to appear for an interview for which no TA/DA shall be paid for the purpose. 1. Senior Consultant, State Nursing Cell :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NHM, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. (Nursing)
Desirable : M.Sc. (Nursing) from any recognized university of India in any discipline with minimum 5 years experiene in Nursing Supervision, Teaching, Administration in responsible capacity. Knowledge on basics of operating computer (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel) OR Retired person having aforesaid qualification and experience with sound health up to the age of 62 may also apply.

2. Junior Consultant, State Nursing Council :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NHM, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. (Nursing)
Desirable : M.Sc. (Nursing) from any recognized university of India in any discipline with minimum 3 years experiene in Nursing Supervision, Teaching, Administration in responsible capacity. Knowledge on basics of operating computer (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel).

3. Nursing-Midwifery Tutor :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NHM, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. (Nursing)
Desirable : M.Sc. (Nursing) from any recognized university of India in Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing / Community Health Nursing / Pediatric Nursing with minimum 05 years experiene in educational or clinical training programmes, working in ANM training centre/ GNM schools or community health. Technical competency in Nursing/ Midwifery Education, focusing on Skilled Birth Attendance Newborn, Child Health & Family Planning. Knowledge on basics of operating computer (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel).

4. Programme Coordinator :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NHM, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum 03 years post qualification experience, preferably in health projects. Knowledge on basics of operating computer (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel) and maintaining computers, printers and related IT equipments.

5. Clinical Instructor :
No of post : 43 Posts
Age Limit : As per NHM, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing passed and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”. Preference will be given to the candidates having teaching experience.
