National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, NIPER, Hajipur established by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers, Deptt. of Pharmaceuticals, Govt. of India under NIPER Act, 1998 in the year 2007 intends to appoint a dedicated Registrar, Deputy Registrar (Admn)and Training & Placement Officer on consolidated pay and on contractual basis initially for one year subject to extension for year to year basis on suitability and mutual consent.

1. Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper 65 years of age may apply.
Scale of Pay : Consolidated pay Rs. 1,00,700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduation with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 – point scale. Atleast 15 years experience as Assistant Professor in AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above or with 8 years experience of service in AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor with experience in educational administration.

2. Deputy Registrar (Administration) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper 65 years of age may apply.
Scale of Pay : Consolidated pay Rs. 56000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduation with atleast 55% marks. Twelve years in educational administration or comparable experience in Research establishment / Institute of higher education including 4 – 5 years as Assistant Registrar.
Desirable : Experience in computer based administrative functioning and/ or Material Management degree / diploma.

3. Training & Placement Officer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper 65 years of age may apply.
Scale of Pay : Consolidated pay Rs. 40000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class Master Degree in Management in Human Resources with Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or any other branch of Science / Technology from a recognised university. Atleast two years experience of Human resources.
