NMDC is now looking for suitable persons for the following posts to be deployed in its plants and units. post : General Manager, Joint General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager

1. General Manager E-8 :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in civil Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.

2. Joint General Manager E-7 :
No of post : 03 Posts in various disciplines.
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 21/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in civil Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.

3. Deputy General Manager E-6 :
No of post : 06 Posts in various disciplines.
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.

4. Assistant General Manager E-5 :
No of post : 09 Posts in various disciplines.
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 19/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in ceramic Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.

5. Senior Manager E-4 :
No of post : 06 Posts in various disciplines.
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.

6. Manager E-3 :
No of post : 04 Posts in various disciplines.
Age Limit : As per NMDC Limited, Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 14/- Lacs per month.

7. Deputy Manager E-2 :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 11/- Lacs per month.

8. Assistant Manager E-1 :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 09/- Lacs per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in Ist class / Diploma in Sociology / social works / Labour Welfare / personnel Management OR MBA with Specialization from a recognized University / Institute.
