Applications are invited for 14 posts of Members, Industrial Court, in the Judicial Service of the State of Maharashtra in the revised pay scale of Rs.16750-400-19150-450-20500+dearness allowance and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.

Qualification: (a) a degree holder in Law of a University established by law.(b) practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 10 years on the date of publication of Advertisement. OR must have worked as a Public Prosecutor or Government Pleader for not less than 10 years as such and in computing the period of 10 years, the period during which the candidate has practiced as an Advocate shall be included.

Application should be submitted only by Registered Post or Speed Post in the prescribed format with copies of testimonials referred to above and two passport size colour photographs, one duly affixed on application and one in separate envelope without pinning it to any paper so as to reach the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay � 400 032, on or before 4th September, 2008. The application should be accompanied by fees in the sum of Rs.1,000/- for General category and Rs.500/- for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidate, in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, payable at par at Bombay. Fees shall not be refunded in any case. The envelope should be inscribed as �APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MEMBER, INDUSTRIAL COURT IN THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA.� The candidates are required to download the format of the application from the website of the High Court, i.e. http://hcbom.mah.nic.in. or obtained from the Office of the Registrar (Legal), High Court, Bombay or Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai or any of the District Courts in the State. Applications received after prescribed date will not be accepted on any ground.
