Applications are invited from eligible lndian Nationals for filling up the following permanent posts of various Divisions / Secti6ns of this lnstitute on direct recruitment basis D’A’, HRA
Transport Allowance etc. as admissible to Central Govt. employees under the rules in force from time to time will be admissible. post : Scientific Officer, Engineer, Driver

1. Engineer-‘D’ :
No of post : 01 Post (OBC-1)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 42 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band (PB-3) Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1st Class B.E./B.Tech with 07 years post qualification experience or M.Tech (after B.E. or M.Sc.) with 05 years post qualification experience.

2. Scientific Officer-‘D (Library) :
No of post : 01 Post (OBC-1)
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 42 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band (PB-3) Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) M Sc, (ii) MLIS/DRTC, (iii) PGDCA, (iv) Net qualified.

3. Driver-l :
No of post : 2 Posts (ST-1, OBC-1)
Age Limit : Between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band (PB-1) Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Class X Pass, (ii) Heavy vehicle License holder, (iii) Knowledge of minor repairs, (iv) At least 03 years driving experience.

Application fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only should be submitted in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, Saha lnstitute of Nuclear Physics payable at Kolkata. SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates will not be required to submit any fees.
