1. General Manager (Project) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 1,05,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate / postgraduate in Engineering Or
Postgraduate in management / MBA from reputed institutions. At least 12 Year’s Post qualification experience as Project Manager in-charge of large scale Urban Infrastructure Projects.

2. Manager (Project) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical/ Architect / MBA from Reputed Institution. Engineering Degree with MBA will be an added advantage. At least 7 – 10 years Post qualification experience in Project management and procurement in large organizations.

3. Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA from a institute established by Law in India or equivalent. Minimum 8 years Post qualification experience, at least 3 years of which should have been in a Senior Manager level in large organizations.

4. Assistant Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (Finance) / M.com from reputed University. Minimum 5 years of Post qualification relevant experience in financial and administration functions.

5. Manager (HR) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR) / Master Degree in Social Science from reputed University / Institutions. At least 8 year’s Post qualification experience of working in the HR functions of large organizations out of which at least 4 years should have been in middle management position.

6. Assistant Manager (HR) :

Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR) / Master Degree in Social Science / Economics / Urban Management / MSW from reputed University / Institutions.

7. Manager (IT) / MIS :

Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering Degree in Electronic & Communication / Telecommunication / Computer Science Or MCA from reputed Institutes. IT application for project management monitoring and evaluation.

8. Assistant Manager (IT) / MIS :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering Degree in Electronic and Communication/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science Or MCA from reputed Institutes. At least 5 years’ Post qualification experience of turnkey ICT / e-Governance Project.

9. Manager (Urban Planning) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in Planning with specialist in Urban Planning. At least 7-10 years Post qualification experience in urban development projects/ Programme in large organization.

10. Manager (Urban Transport) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree in Engineering / Transportation. At least 7-10 years Post qualification experience in traffic survey, planning, procurement of buses, management of bus transport systems, implementation of Comprehensive Mobility Plan in Urban Area.

11. Assistant Manager Urban Transport :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master / Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Transportation. At least 3-5 years post qualification experience in traffic survey, planning, procurement of buses, management of bus transport systems, implementation of Comprehensive Mobility Plan in Urban Area.

12. Assistant Manager (General Administration) :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA/ postgraduate in any subject. At least 5 years Post qualification relevant experience. Experience in managing office equipment, machines or property.

13. Executive Engineer :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering Degree in Civil from reputed Institution. At least 7-10 years Post qualification experience in designing & implementation of Sewerage, water supply & Solid waste management projects in large infrastructure Organization.

14. Accountant :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Com / B.Com. At least Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience. Good exposure of Tally, ERP software. Costing (Manually & in tally). Knowledge of Credit / Debit Notes.
