1. District Sports Officer Group-A :
No of post : 11 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age on 1-1-2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be a Graduate of a recognized University. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.

2. Mining Officer :
No of post : 08 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age on 1-1-2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should possess a degree of Master of Science in Geology or a degree of B.Sc. in Mines from a recognized University. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.

3. Functional Manager :
No of post : 13 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age on 1-1-2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should possess a degree in any of Engineering OR in any discipline of Textile Technology OR its equivalent from a recognized University. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.

4. Asssitant Geologist :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age on 1-1-2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Degree of M.Sc. from a recognized University. Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard. OR A Diploma from Indian School of Mines Dhanbad and who have an experience of Geologist and Mineral Survey for a period of one year.
