Steel Authority of India Limited, SAIL, A Maharatna Company, and a leading steel-making company in India with a turnover of Rs. 49350 crore (FY 2012-13) is in the process of modernizing and expanding its production units, raw material resources and other facilities to maintain its dominant position in the Indian steel market. Raw Materials Division (RMD), the controlling unit of captive mines of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) invites applications from eligible persons for filling up 23 (twenty three) posts of para-medical personnel for posting in various mines. post : Pharmacist Trainee, X-Ray Technician Trainee, Nursing Sister Trainee, Laboratory Technician Trainee, Anaesthesia Assistant Trainee, Dental (Hygiene) Trainee, ECG Technician Trainee, Occupational Health Technician Trainee.

1. Pharmacist Trainee :
No of post : 06 Posts
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/- P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/- P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Pharmacy or 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy of minimum 2 years duration and registered with Indian / State Pharmacy Council. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in a hospital / nursing home.

2. X-Ray Technician Trainee :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc in Radiography from Govt. recognized Institute or Higher Secondary/10+2 in Science with Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in Radiography Minimum 1 year post qualification experience of radiography in a hospital / nursing home.

3. Nursing Sister Trainee :
No of post : 08 Posts
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc (Nursing) from an Institution recognized by Nursing Council of India or Diploma of 3 years duration in General Nursing and Midwifery from a Govt. recognized Institute after Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Science, valid registration in Nursing Council of India / State Nursing Council. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in a hospital / nursing home.

4. Laboratory Technician Trainee :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) from Govt. recognized Institute or 10+2 in science with Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in Medical Lab technology from Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum one year post qualification experience in a hospital / nursing home.

5. Anaesthesia Assistant Trainee :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Higher Secondary / 10+2 in Science with Diploma of minimum 1 year duration in OT Technician Course from Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in a hospital.

6. Dental (Hygiene) Trainee :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc in Dentistry from Govt. recognized Institute / University or Diploma course of Dental Laboratory Technology from a Dental College recognized by Dental Council of India. Minimum one year post qualification experience in a hospital / nursing home.

7. ECG Technician Trainee :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc with Diploma in ECG Technician course from Govt. recognized Institution / University. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience in handling different types of ECG machines in a hospital / nursing home.

8. Occupational Health Technician Trainee :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 years as on 01.12.2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 10700/-P.M. during 1st year of training and Rs. 12200/-P.M. during 2nd year of training.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Higher Secondary / 10+2 in Science with Degree in Occupational Hygiene from Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum one year post qualification experience in a hospital.
