1. Functional Director-HR :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 55 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 80000 to 90000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR) / Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management. Minimum 25 years experience of which atleast three years should be as head of Corporate HR function reporting to Managing Director in a large industry employing above 1000 employees. Knowledge of Malayalam essential.

2. General Manager-HR :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 55 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70000 to 80000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR) / Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management. Minimum 20 years experience of which atleast three years should be as head of Corporate HR function reporting to Managing Director in a large industry employing above 500 employees. Knowledge of Malayalam essential.

3. Manager-HR :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40000 to 50000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR) / Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management. Minimum 15 years experience in Personnel Management, Industrial Relation and Labour Welfare with adequate exposure to strategic HR Management, HRD Systems, Reward Systems, Competency Mapping, Training etc, in a large / medium industry employing above 500 employees. Knowledge of Malayalam essential.

4. Deputy Manager-HR :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30000 to 40000/- per month Consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR) / Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management. MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR)/ Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
