1. Junior Engineer Civil :
No of post : 01 Post for ST only.
Age Limit : Between 21 to 32 Years (Relaxable upto 05 years for ST and upto 40 years in case of Government Servants in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/- (Group‘B’Non Gazetted)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience OR Equivalent Qualification.

2. Investigator :
No of post : 18 Posts (12-UR, 02-OBC, 01-SC, 03-ST)
Age Limit : Below 30 Years (Relaxable for Govt. Servants upto 5 years in accordance with order or Instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time. Relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics/Statistics or Economics as a subject.

3. Cataloguer :
No of post : 01Post for ST only.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 27 years (Relaxable for Govt. Servant upto 35 years. Relaxable by 5 years for ST)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- (Group‘C,Non-Gazetted)
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) 12th Standard or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University (ii) Certificate course in Library Science (iii) English Typewriting on computer @ 35 wpm. Correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word), Time allowed : 10 minutes.

4. Language Typist (MALAYALAM & TELUGU) :
No of post : 02 Posts (Malayalam ST-1, Telugu OBC-1)
Age Limit : Between 18 and 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Matriculation or equivalent. 2. 25 words per minute speed in typewriting in the Malayalam & Telugu language.

Fees/Application Fee:
Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only). No fee for Woman candidates, Physically Handicapped, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and ExS. However, no fee concession would be admissible to ExS who would otherwise be considered as general candidate in terms of para 6(B)(v) of Important Instructions. Such candidates would be required to pay the requisite fee.

Last Date of Application Submission : On or before 17.01.2014. Far-flung closing date for receipt of application would be 24.01.2014.
