Unique Identification Authority of India, UIDAI, GoI has constituted the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) as an attached office under the Planning Commission. Applications are invited from professionals for the following posts on a contract basis :
 
i. Senior Manager (Project Management & Monitoring) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a premier institute or Masters Degree in Management/ Technology from a reputed institute· Overall 10 – 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary functions and 5 – 10 years of experience in project management function.

ii. Senior Manager (Legal) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with a bachelors / masters degree in Law· 15-20 years of experience including in Constitutional Law and policy matters· Experience of working in a government setup.

iii. Senior Manager (Application Software) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science or any other Engineering Discipline/ MCA· 10-12 years experience in Software Project Management· 5-7 years experience in managing large scale.

iv. Manager (IT Systems – HW/SW/Eqpmt & Accessories) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science or any other Engineering Discipline/ MCA· 4-6 years experience in the IT industry· 3-5 years experience in managing Hardware, Software and Networking systems.

v. Manager (Data Centre) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science or any other Engineering Discipline/ MCA· 4-6 years experience in the IT industry· 3-5 years experience in managing Hardware, Software and Networking systems.

vi. Manager (Helpline Operations) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute· Overall 8 – 10 years of experience. 3 to 5 years of experience leading business process reengineering/process improvement engagements.

vii. Manager (Vendor Management) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. Tech/ MBA/ CA· 8 to 10 years of experience in managing procurement function· Experience in IT related procurement will be preferred.

viii. Manager (Logistics) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute· Overall 8 – 10 years of experience. 3 to 5 years of experience leading logistics / supply chain processes /process improvement engagements.

ix. Manager (Training) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with an MBA / PGD in HR/ PMIR· 5 -10 years of experience in diverse roles and minimum 4 years of experience in handling training & development function in a Service organization.

x. Manager (Enrollment Process) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute· Overall 8 – 10 years of experience. 3 to 5 years of experience leading business process reengineering/process improvement engagements· Proficient in MS Office.

xi. Manager (Monitoring & Coordination)  :

Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Com/ CA/ MBA in Finance· 5 to 10 years of varied experience in accounting/finance function· Strong financial management skills.

xii. Manager (Financial Plng & Analysis) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Com/ CA/ MBA in Finance· 5 to 10 years of varied experience in accounting/finance function· Strong financial management skills.

xiii. HR Executive :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA / PGD in HR/ PM&IR from a reputed institute· 2 – 5 years of experience in diverse HR roles and some experience in HR Generalist role· Proficient in MS Office.

xiv. Analyst (Onboarding Process) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. E / B. Tech / MBA from a premier institute· Overall 3 – 5 years of experience… including atleast 2-3 years in Analytics / data modeling work· Experience in creative models, deep analysis and strategic planning.

xv. Analyst (Financial Inclusion) :
No of Post : 1 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. E / B. Tech / MBA from a premier institute· Overall 3 – 5 years of experience… including experience in public policy, financial services and analytics.

xvi. Software Developer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B. E / B. Tech / BS in engineering, computer science or related field· 3+ years software development experience, including experience developing, testing and maintaining moderately complex software programs.

xvii. Technical Assistant :
No of Post : 04 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate· 7+ years experience in the role of an EA, Admin Coordinator· Experience in the role of an EA, Admin Coordinator with excellent working knowledge of Power point, Word and Excel.

xviii. Systems Analyst (Technical Support) :
No of Post : 10 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate· 7+ years experience in the role of an EA, Admin Coordinator· Experience in the role of an EA, Admin Coordinator with excellent working knowledge of Power point, Word and Excel.

xix. Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Support) :
No of Post : 10 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with 3-5 years experience in programming / systems analysis· Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support.
