The Company is looking for dynamic and result oriented personnel with proven track record for the following posts. General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Manager, Manager, Medical Officer, Senior Medical Officer, Management Trainee

1. General Manager (Technical) :
No of post : 02 posts (1- GEN & 1-SC)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Industrial Engineering with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in the qualifying examination. Post Graduate in Engineering/ MBA will be preferred.

2. General Manager (Designs) :
No of post : 01 Post (1- GEN)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil – with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Naval Architecture or Degree in Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% marks in the qualifying examination. MBA will be preferred.

3. General Manager (Personnel & Administration) :
No of post : 01 post (Gen-1)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree/ Two year Post Graduate Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% of marks in qualifying examination. Desirable Degree in Law.

4. Dy. General Manager (Finance) :
No of post : 4 Posts (1-SC; 1-OBC; 2-Gen;)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with a pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India / SAS. Desirable Knowledge of computers, good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Dy. General Manager (Technical) :
No of post : 04 posts (1-SC; 1-OBC; 2-Gen;)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Industrial Engineering with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in the qualifying examination. Desirable MBA will be preferred.

6. Dy. General Manager (Submarine Tech) :
No of post : 01 Post (1- GEN)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam. Desirable Knowledge of project management, software techniques. Knowledge of latest trends in repairs / retrofitting techniques of Submarines.

7. Chief Manager (Technical) :
No of post : 01 Post (1- GEN)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam. Desirable Knowledge of project management, software techniques. Knowledge of latest trends in repairs / retrofitting techniques of Submarines.

8. Manager (Personnel & Administration) :

Scale of Pay : Rs. 29,100 to 54,500/- per month
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Marine Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam. Desirable MBA will be preferred.

9. Medical Officer At Dy. Manager (E3) / Senior Medical Officer (E2) / Medical Officer (E1) :
No of post : 01 post (ST-01)
Scale of Pay : Dy. Manager E-2 Rs. 20,600 to 46,500/- per month, Senior Medical
Officer E-1 Rs. 16,400 to 40500/- per month, Medical Officer E-1 Rs. 16,400 to 40500/- per month.
Age Limit : Medical Officer Not Exceeding 30 years. Senior Medical Officer Not Exceeding 35 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have MBBS Degree and registered with Indian Medical Council. Desirable Preference will be given to those having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in General Medicine/ Industrial Medicine/ OB & Gynecology / Radiology / Pediatrics. Only lady Doctors will be taken in OB & Gynecology discipline.

10. Management Trainee (Technical) :
No of post : 34 Posts (a) TECHNICAL: 22 posts (11- Gen; 5- OBC; 3- SC; 2- ST; 1- PH (HH) (b) HR: 6 POSTS (4 – Gen; 1- OBC; 1- PH(OH)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay :  E-2 Rs. 20,600 to 46,500/- per month,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years / semesters (55% in aggregate for SC/ST candidates) in the disciplines of (i) Mechanical/ Mech. Marine (ii) EEE (iii) Naval Architecture , Should be a Graduate in any discipline with Two years full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma or Three years part-time Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or MBA with Specialization in HR awarded by recognized Universities / Institute registered with AICTE with 60% of marks (55% for SC/ST).

11. Management Trainee (HR) :
No of post : 06 posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29,100 to 54,500/- per month
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have MBBS Degree and registered with Indian Medical Council. Desirable Preference will be given to those having Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in General Medicine/ Industrial Medicine/ OB & Gynecology/ Radiology/ Pediatrics. Only lady Doctors will be taken in OB & Gynecology discipline.

12. Management Trainee (Finance) :
No of post : 06 posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29,100 to 54,500/- per month
