1. Executive Engineer (C) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 57 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with first class from a recognized University/Institution in Civil Engineering; At least 7 years’ experience in the post of Assistant Engineer or comparable position in Govt. Department or PSO (Public Sector Organization);

2. Assistant Engineer (C) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 50 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with first class from a recognized University / Institution in Civil Engineering; and (b) 3 years’ experience in planning, design and construction of all types of buildings/ roads suitable to the rural/urban environment.

3. Junior Engineer (C) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Between 24 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with first class from a recognized University / Institution in Civil Engineering; and 02 years’ experience in planning, design and construction of all types of buildings/ roads suitable to the rural/urban environment.

4. Junior Engineer (E) :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Between 24 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with first class from a recognized University / Institution in Civil Engineering; and 02 years’ experience in planning, design and construction of all types of buildings/ roads suitable to the rural/urban environment.

5. Public Relations Officer :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Postgraduate degree in Communication and Journalism with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognised University. At least 5 years’ experience as a Public Relations Officer in a University or State/Central Govt. institution or PSU.

6. Assistant Librarian :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 6000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade of 55%, where grading system is practised & a consistently good academic record with knowledge on computerization of Library.

7. Professional Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Between 25 to 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MLISc degree from a recognised University At least 3 years’ experience as Semi/Junior Professional Assistant or in an equivalent grade in a Library of a University/Govt. or Semi-Govt. Institution / Aided College / Research Institution. Adequate knowledge in Library automation and proficiency in computer applications.

8. Semi-Professional Assistant :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Between 25 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : BLISc from a recognised University. At least 3 years’ experience in a Library of a University / Govt. or Semi-Govt. Institution / Aided College / Research Institution as Library Assistant or equivalent grade. Adequate knowledge in Library automation.

9. Library Assistant :
No of post : 02 Posts for UR
Age Limit : Between 21 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : BLISc from a recognised University. At least 3 years’ experience in a Library of a University / Govt. or Semi-Govt. Institution / Aided College / Research Institution as Library Assistant or equivalent grade. Adequate knowledge in Library automation.

10. Library Attendant :
No of post : 02 Posts for (UR-1, OBC-1)
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Pass in Class X or equivalent Certificate. Pass in Six month’s Certificate Course in Library Science run by an institution of good standing.

11. Assistant Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post for UR
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good academic record plus Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognised University. Five years’ experience as Section Officer in Administration/Accounts in a University or in an equivalent post in a Govt. Department/University/Educational or Research Institution. Adequate knowledge in Computer Applications

12. Section Officer :

Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.

13. Assistant :

15. Driver :

16. Multi-Task Staff (MTS) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Class X Pass,
Desirable qualification : Working knowledge of English, Malayalam & Hindi. Two years’ experience in auxiliary / supporting capacity in an office of State / Central Govt. organization. Knowledge of Computer Operation.

17. Private Secretary :

Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University . Shorthand speed of at least 120 words per minute. Four years’ experience as Personal Assistant or six years’ experience as Junior Personal Assistant/Stenographer in a State / Central Govt. institution / organization.

18. Personal Assistant :

Age Limit : Between 25 to 40 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Shorthand speed of at least 100 words per minute. 3 (three) years of service in the grade of Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer, Adequate knowledge in Computer Applications.

19. Technical Officer :

Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.

Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. degree in Chemistry / Physics / Botany / Zoology or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University with at least two years’ experience in the use of sophisticated analytical equipment in a reputed teaching/research institution OR M.Sc. degree in Chemistry/Physics/Botany/Zoology or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University with at least 3 years’ experience in the use of sophisticated analytical equipment as Technical Assistant Grade I in a reputed teaching/research institution.

20. Technical Assistant :

Age Limit : Between 21 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. degree Chemistry / Physics / Botany / Zoology with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognised University or equivalent qualification. 03 years’ experience as Laboratory Assistant or in equivalent grade in a Laboratory of a University / College / Govt. or Semi-Govt. Research Institution / National Lab.

21. Lab Assistant :
No of post : 06 Posts (3-UR), (2-OBC), (1-SC)
Age Limit : Between 20 to 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Higher Secondary/Plus 2 pass certificate or equivalent qualification in Science stream. At least 3 (three) years’ experience in a laboratory of a University / College / Govt. or Semi-Govt. Research Institution / National Laboratory.

22. Lab Attendant :
No of post : 05 Posts (3-UR), (1-OBC), (1-SC)
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Higher Secondary/Plus 2 pass certificate or equivalent qualification in Science stream. At least 3 (three) years’ experience in a laboratory of a University / College / Govt. or Semi-Govt. Research Institution / National Laboratory.
