1. Assistant Manager (HR & A) :
No of post : 04 posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline and MBA (2 years’full time course) / MPM (2 years’ full time course) /MHRM (2 years’ full time course) with major specialization in Personnel Management / H.R. or Post Graduate full time Degree / Diploma (2 years’ course) with specialization in Personnel Management / H.R. from a recognized University /reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs / XLRI / IITB Schools.

2. Assistant Manager (F&A) :
No of post : 08 posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,

Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline and member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

4. Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication) :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline plus 2 years’ full time Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication / One year full time PG Diploma in Mass Communications / Public Relations / Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication.

5. Junior Executive (F &A) :
No of post : 10 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university plus Inter CA / ICWA.

6. Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr.–II :
No of post : 112 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Full time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute / College duly recognized by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education.

7. Junior Engineer (Civil) Gr.–II :
No of post : 18 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Full time 3 years’ Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Institute / College duly recognized by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education.

8. Special Technical Assistant :
No of post : 25 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Full time 3 years’ Diploma in Electronics and Tele-Communication / Radio / Wireless Engineering from recognized Institute / College duly recognized by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education.

9. Pharmacist :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 3600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Pharmacy from a Institute reognized by AICTE.

10. Technician Gr.-III :
No of post : 25 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal State only.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Madhyamik or equivalent plus Trade Certificate under NCTVT from any Govt. ITI under Director of Industrial Taining, Govt of West Bengal in the trade (2 Years’ duration) : Wireman / Electrician.

Candidates belonging to General / OBC-A /OBC-B/Ex-Serviceman / Meritorious Sports persons/ Exempted Category/ Physically Challenged categories are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fees of Rs. 400/- for post under sl no.1-5 and Rs.250/- for all others post together with Rs. 22/- as bank service charges . SC / ST candidates from the state of West Bengal are exempted from application fees.
