Gauhati University, GU, Applications are invited for the post of Registrar in the tenure post of five years.

Age Limit : Minimum age should not be less than 45 years as on the last date of receipt of application. The age of superannuation is sixty years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band of Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- plus Grade pay of Rs. 10,000/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules of the University.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the seven point scale. The Ph.D. degree shall be desirable but not an essential qualification. At least 15 years of experience.
