No of Post : 12 posts (Gen-06, SV-03, OBC-03),
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBBS Degree from a recognized Medical College.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9550/- per month.
Age Limit : The Upper Age Limit 35 years as on 01.07.2010. Relaxation of age as per UP Govt, Rules.
