1. Scientist / Engineer `F’ :
No of post : 01 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years.
Scale of Pay S: (Pay Band – 4) Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering. Design & Development of Hydraulic system and its associated Mechanical LRUs of Combat Aircraft.

2. Scientist / Engineer `E’ :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : (Pay Band – 4) Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering. ME / M.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering. Design of Solenoid Valves / Nonreturn valves / Relief Valves/Pressure Regulators.

3. Scientist / Engineer `D’ :
No of post : 04 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : (Pay Band – 4) Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer
Science / Electronics & Communication / Aerospace /Avionics Engineering. Experience in one or more of the following areas : (a) Navigation sensors like INS-GPS, VOR-ILS and TACAN. (b) Developing algorithms for Navigation & Guidance in Fighter Aircraft and Autopilot.

4. Scientist / Engineer `C’ :
No of post : 09 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
Scale of Pay : (Pay Band – 4) Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 8,900/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
Desirable : ME/ M.Tech or equivalent in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering or PhD in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
