Instiute of Nano Science and Technology, INST, has ben set up at Mohali in Punjab as an autonomous instiution focusing on R&D of specifc areas in Nano Science and Technology leading to new phenomena, proceses, products and devices. INST has started its operations and invites persons with excelent credentials, having inovative mind and an iner urge to deliver, for the folowing positons as an Scientist. Chief Finance & Administrative Oficer, Finance Oficer

1. Scientist ‘G’ (Functional designation – Profesor) :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 50 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 10,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s degre in Enginering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience of 15 years in R&D in Industrial and Academic Instiutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations.
Desirable : Doctorate degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology.

2. Scientist ‘F’(Functional designation – Profesor) :
No of post : 03 Posts (UR-03)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 50 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s degre in Enginering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience of 12 years in R&D in Industrial and Academic Instiutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations.

3. Scientist ‘E’ (Functional designation – Asociate Profesor)
No of post : 06 Posts (UR-04, OBC-01, SC-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 45 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s degre in Enginering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience of 10 years in R&D in Industrial and Academic Instiutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations.

4. Scientist ‘D’ (Functional designation – Asistant Profesor) :
No of post : 01 Post (OBC-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 40 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s degre in Enginering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience of 08 years in R&D in Industrial and Academic Instiutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations.

5. Scientist ‘B’ :
No of post : 07 Posts (UR-05, ST-01, OH-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 35 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degre in Natural / Agriculture Sciences, Nano Science and Technology or Bachelor’s degre in Enginering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

6. Chief Finance & Administrative Oficer :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 50/56 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate from a recognized University with MBA (Finance / HR) or Graduate having qualifed SAS / CGA examination conducted by CAG of India / Controler General of Acounts, Ministry of Finance, GoI. Experience of 15 Years in Personel and General Administration / Finance & Acounts and Budgeting, out of which at least 05 years in supervisory.

7. Finance Oficer :
No of post : 01 Post (UR-01)
Age Limit : Uper Age Limit is 50 years as on 15.10.2014.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate from a recognized University with CA / MBA (Finance) Experience of 12 Years in Finance & Acounts and Budgeting, out of which at least 05 years in supervisory.
