Company Secretary :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Associate Company Secretaryship / Fellow Company Secretaryship. Degree in Law.
Desirable :- CA/ICWA/ MBA will be an added advantage.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 36600 to 62000 (E6) / Rs. 32900 to 58000 (E5)/ Rs. 29100 to 54500 (E4) depending on the experience & suitability of the candidate.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
