A. Senior Personal Assistant : Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs.4600, 08 posts, Qualification : Graduate with speed of not less than 110 w.p.m. in shorthand and typing speed of 45 w.p.m. on computer with proficiency in computer, Age : 18-32 years as on 01/01/2009.
B. Personal Assistant : Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs.4200,43 posts, Qualification : Graduate with speed of not less than 100 w.p.m. in shorthand and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer with proficiency in computer, Age : 18-27 years as on 01/01/2009.

NOTE: Age relaxation to SC/ST candidates by 5 years and 3 years to OBC candidates and 10 years to PH candidates.
