Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, JIPMER, Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Senior Resident on adhoc basis:
 
Senior Resident :
No of Post : 130 posts (04 oposts are reseved for PH candidate),
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) A Registered Medical Graduate of a Recognized University. (ii) A Postgraduate Medical Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality. If such candidates are not available in any particular speciality, those without PG qualification but having at least two years experience after M.B.B.S out of which one year should be in the concerned speciality can be considered.
Scale of Pay : (i) Rs. 18750/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- per month. (ii) Post-graduate degree or diploma the emoluments of Senior Residents will be reduced by Rs. 1300/-in Basic Pay and Rs. 1200/- in Grade Pay. Book allowance of Rs. 3000/- per year will be paid as per rules.
Age Limit : Below 33 years, with usual relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per rules.
