Essential qualification & Experience –

Direct Recruitment :

1^st Class  BE/B.Tech. in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics and Communication / Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent or 1^st Class MCA from a recognized University/ Institution with 8 years experience in the relevant field.

OR

1^st Class in ME/M.Tech. in Engineering / Technology from a recognized university / Institution with 5 years experience in the relevant field.

OR

Ph.D in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University/ Institution with 3 years Industrial/ Research experience in the relevant field.

Transfer(Absorption) :

In case of transfer (absorption) of officers of the Central/ State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies :

i)  holding analogous post on regular basis.

OR

having 5 years regular service in the scale of pay of  Rs.10000-325-15200.

AND

ii)Possessing qualifications prescribed for recruitment for DR as above.

GENERAL:

Candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria may send their applications complete in all respects in the prescribed proforma alongwith (Annexure) the attested copies of certificates relating to qualifications, date of birth, experience certificate, caste certificate etc.  by the last date of receipt of application to the Senior Administrative Officer, STPI, 6, CGO Complex, Electronics Niketan, New Delhi-110 003 alongwith an application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) by Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order in favour of ‘Software Technology Parks of India’, payable at New Delhi. No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category. Fee once paid shall not be refunded.

Persons working in Central/ State Government/PSUs/Autonomous organizations and desirous of applying on Transfer (absorption) basis may send their applications through proper channel alongwith photocopies of ACRs of the last five years duly attested and vigilance/disciplinary clearance.  The integrity of the officer may also be certified that no minor/major has been imposed on him.  Applications received directly shall not be entertained.
