Food Corporation of India, one of the largest Public Sector Underakings, dealing with Food Management and allied activities, wishes to induct young and talented Management Trainees at the level of Manager in its different cadres as well as Category. Applications are invited from Indian Nationals belonging to SC’s/ST’s/OBC-Non Creamy Layer’s(OBC-NCL)/PH’s only who fulfill the prescribed qualification, experience and age etc. for the disciplines indicated below: 
 
i. Management Trainee : 29 posts in various disciplines (Depot, QC, A/cs, Civil, Electrical), Pay Scale Stipend : Rs.8500 (Pay Scale after completion of training: Rs.8600 tO 14600), Age Limit : Maximum age limit 28 years as on 01.01.2009.
Essential Qualification: (1) Management Trainee (Depot) Degree from recognized University OR preferably Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management OR equivalent Degree in Business Management; Industrial Relations; Mass Communications; Journalism; Public Relation; Information Technology; Training & Development; Social Science from a recognized University/Institute of repute.
(2) Management Trainee (QC): Degree in Agriculture OR in Science with Diploma in Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute.
(3) Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/AICWA/ACWA (London/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
(4) Management Trainee (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
(5) Management Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
ii. Assistant Gr.III : 34 posts in various disciplines (Depot, Accounts, Ministerial) (SC-5,Ohttp://www.blogger.com/post-create.g?blogID=30026366BC-19,PH-4), Pay Scale : Rs.4820 tO 8530, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognised University.
iii. Technical Assistant Gr.III : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.4820 tO 8530, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Degree in Science preferably in Agriculture.
iv. Assistant Gr.II : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.4820 tO 8530, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 28 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: (i) Degree of a recognised university with Hindi as the main subject (ii) One year experience of translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa (iii) Proficiency in English.
v. Typist (Hindi) : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.4820 tO 8530, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate degree from a recognised university (ii) 30 w.p.m.speed in typing and (iii) Preference will be given to the candidates knowing bi-lingual typing (Hindi and English) and computer knowledge.
vi. Watchman : 10 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3850-65-4175, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Middle standard pass.
vii. Messenger (Peon) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.3850-65-4175, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Middle standard pass.
viii. Messenger (Depot) : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.3850-65-4175, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Middle standard pass.
ix. Safaiwala : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.3850-65-4175, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Should be able to read and write in any language.
x. Sifter : 05 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.3850-65-4175, Age Limit : Maximum age limit 25 years as on 01.01.2009. Essential Qualification: Middle standard pass.
