India Institute of Packaging, IIP, To The Secretary of the India Institute of Packaging, E-2, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093, Maharashtra.

India Institute of Packaging, IIP, Applications are hereby invited in the prescribed format for filling up of the following backlog vacancies in the Indian Institute of Packaging (an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Govt. of India), both at its Head Office at Mumbai and Regional Centers at Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad as also some new Regional Centers to be set up in the near future:
 
I. Professor :
No of Post : 02 posts (OBC-1, SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 8900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PhD. Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science in subject relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and ten years experience in
teaching / industry / research in related subjects.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.

II. Joint Director/ Associate Professor :
No of Post : 02 posts (OBC-1, SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 8700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : PhD. Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science in subject relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and six years experience in teaching / industry / research in related subjects; OR Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology / Science in subjects relevant to packaging with good academic record throughout and 10 years experience in teaching/ industry/ research in related subject.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.

III. Assistant Director/ Lecturer :
No of Post : 02 posts (ST-1, SC-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree in Science/ Applied Science or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology in the field related to packaging. The candidate should also have three year industrial experience preferably in Packaging.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.

IV. Hindi Officer :
No of Post : 01 post (PH-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level Or Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level Or Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree level.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.

V. Junior Stenographer :
No of Post : 01 post (PH-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate having proficiency in computer operation with shorthand / typing speed 60 –80 w.p.m.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
