Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, RRCAT, Applications are invited for Stipendiary Trainees (Category I & II) for training in Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore.
 
1. Stipendiary Trainees Category -I :
No of Post : 30 posts (SC-06, ST-02, OBC-09, Gen-12, Physics-12, Mechanical-7, Electronics/ Instrumentation-7, Electrical-4),
Age Limit : Minimum 19 years and Maximum 24 years as on 16.07.2010.
Scale of pay Stipend : Rs.9300/- per month, will be posted in pay scale of Rs. Rs.9300- 34800 with grade pay Rs.4200/-
Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum 60% marks in B.Sc. (Physics as principle and Mathematics / Chemistry / Statistics / Electronics / Computer Science as subsidiary subjects).

2. Stipendiary Trainees  Category -II :
No of Post : 24 posts (SC-05, ST-01, Gen-17) (Electronics/ Instrumentation -6, Machinist-2, Electrical – 2, Fitter-7, Turner -3, Miller-2, Laboratory-2),
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years as on 16.07.2010.
Scale of pay Stipend : Rs.6200/- per month for 1st year Rs. 7200-/ per month for 2nd year, will be posted in pay scale of  Rs. 5200 to 20200 with grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : SSC or HSC with a minimum 60% marks in Science & Maths subjects PLUS ITI certificate in Instrumentation / Electronics / Machinist / Electrical /Fitter / Turner / Miller. The ITI / NCVT qualification should be either of the following three-
1) ITI/NCVT put together of not less than 3 years or 2) ITI of 2 years duration or 3) ITI of 1 year duration Plus 1 year relevant experience after completion of the course.

3. Laboratory :
No of Post : 02 posts, 
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years as on 16.07.2010.
Scale of pay Stipend : Rs. 5200 to 20200 with grade pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : SSC or HSC with a minimum 60% marks in Science & Maths subjects PLUS ITI certificate in Laboratory. The ITI/NCVT qualification should be either of the following two- 1) ITI/NCVTof 2 years duration or 2) ITI of 1 year duration Plus 1 year relevant experience after completion of the course. ITI certificate should be from Government recognized institution.
