LNJN National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, An Institution of excellence in Criminology and Forensic Science through Education, Research and Training. Appointment of Contractual Faculty The Institute invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment as teaching Faculty in Delhi (purely on contractual basis) in the disciplines mentioned below. post : Senior Faculty (Associate Professor level), Assistant Professors, Librarian

1. Senior Faculty (Associate Professor level) :
No of post : 08 Posts (O1 post each in Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology, Forensic Documents, Ballistics, Criminology, Criminal Justice and Law enforcement)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 1,03,000/- Fixed Monthly remuneration.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. (Physics) with at least 55% marks Ph.D Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines. Maximum 08 years professional experience in the relevant field (Professional experience shall mean Experience of teaching at PG level.

2. Assistant Professors :
No of post : 07 Posts (01 post each in Instrumentation, Toxicology, Molecular biology, Computer Science (with specialization in cyber security/forensics) Law and two in Criminology)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 51100/- Fixed Monthly remuneration.
Essential Qualification & Experience : LLM with atleast 55% marks with specialist in Criminal Law. Must have qualified NET One year aggregate teaching experience at undergraduate level in any institution affiliated to recognized University or a constituent unit of a University.

3. Librarian :
No of post : 01 post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 51100/- Fixed Monthly remuneration.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent Professional degree with atleast 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library. Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose of the UGC.

Mode of selection: By interview by a Selection Committee.
