Central Food Technological Research Institute, CTRI, is a premier Research Institution under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (C.S.I.R), New Delhi and is engaged in research and development in the field of Food Science and Food Technology. Over the years, the Institute has been continuously enhancing its capabilities to achieve high quality research through training, strategic innovations and recruitment of qualified personnel for its R & D activities. CTRI is looking for bright, dynamic and highly motivated candidates for the following technical positions:
 
A. Technical Staff Gr. III (1) : No of Post : 10 posts (UR-4, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1), Pay Scale : PB-2  Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/-, Age Limit : Candidate should not execeed 28 years as on  23.11.2009. Essential Qualification : Must have Graduate Degree / Diploma.
B. Technical Officer Gr. III (3) : No of Post : 29 posts (UR-15, OBC-6, SC-5, ST-2), Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/-, Age Limit : Candidate should not execeed 30 years as on  23.11.2009. Essential Qualification : Must have Graduate Degree / Diploma.

Fees: An Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) is payable separately for each post (Candidates belonging to SC/ST community,  Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee), Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of the Director, CTRI pay Cable at Mysore.
