BEML Limited, A pioneering Multi Business (Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro, Aerospace, Dredger and Defence) Heavy Engineering Company with a Turnover of over Rs. 3500 Crores requires ENGINEER TRAINEES (ETs)/ ASST. ENGINEER TRAINEES (AETs)/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT-HR) for its various Manufacturing Units at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, Palakkad and Marketing Division. Recruitment of Engineer Trainees (ETs)/ Assistant Engineer Traineees (AETs)/ Management Trainees (MT-HR) at Bangalore.
 
1. Engineer Trainees Group II :  :
No of Post : 90 posts (Current-50, Backlog-40),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate(s) should possess full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Automobile / Production Engg.from Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC / AICTE.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 26 years. Age relaxation (5 yrs for SC/ST, 3 yrs for OBC (Non-creamy layer) & 10 yrs for PWD) will be given as per Government Rules.

2. Assistant Engineer Trainees  :
No of Post : 30 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate(s) should possess full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Automobile / Production Engg.from Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC / AICTE.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12600 to 32500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 26 years. Age relaxation (5 yrs for SC/ST, 3 yrs for OBC (Non-creamy layer) & 10 yrs for PWD) will be given as per Government Rules.

3. Management Trainees :
No of Post : 10 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates should possess MBAor MSW / MA(Social Work) or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management or Equivalent qualification of 02 years full time course with specialisation in IR / HR / OB from a Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC / AICTE.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 28 years. Age relaxation (5 yrs for SC/ST, 3 yrs for OBC (Non-creamy layer) & 10 yrs for PWD) will be given as per Government Rules.
