Steel Authority of India Limited, SAIL, Bhilai Steels Plant, a steel plant under SAIL invites applications for the following posts of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) in Chhattisgarh, India:
 
Operator cum Technician Trainee :
No of Post : 50 posts (Mechanical -15, Electrical-10, Metallurgy-20, Electronics-2, Chemical-2, Civil-1),
Scale of Pay : During this period a consolidated stipend of Rs. 7500/- for 1st year and Rs. 8500/- Per Month during 2nd year, Pay Scale : Rs. 4170-3%-6095/-,
Age Limit : Maximum 28 yrs. as on 01/09/2009,
Essential Qualification : Diploma in Engineering in one of the following discipline (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Metallurgy/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Civil),

Physical Standard :         Male     Female
Height :                                   155 cms   143 cms
Weight :                                  45 Kgs    35 Kgs
Chest (Expanded) :        79 cms    73 cms
Chest (Un-expanded) : 75 cms    70 cms
Eye Sight 6/6 both eyes : Power glasses not exceeding 2.50 (+,-),
Colour Vision Normal (Colour blindness will be a disqualification).
