1. General Manager (Production) Grade E-7 :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 55 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters Degree in any engineering with minimum 55% marks (Desirable 60%) discipline or PG Degree / PG Diploma with specialization in Materials / Marketing / TQM or other management discipline.

2. General Manager Project & Commercial Grade E-7 :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 55 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree / PG Diploma with specialization in Projects Management / Contract Management / Materials / Marketing/ TQM or other management discipline. A minimum 18 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private works.

3. Manager (Finance) Grade E-4 :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 46 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29,100 to 54500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. A minimum 12 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking.

4. Manager (Project Management) Grade E-4 :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 46 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29,100 to 54500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree/ PG Diploma with specialization in Projects Management / Contract Management / Materials Management. A minimum 12 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or reputed Private works.

5. Deputy Manager (Marketing) Grade E-3 :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 43 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A recognized engineering degree with minimum 55% marks (Desirable 60%) with MBA / PG Diploma with specialization in Marketing discipline. A minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Govt. Department related to Disability / Rehabilitation / Public Sector Undertaking.

6. Internal Auditor Grade E-2 :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 40 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. A minimum 08 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private.

7. Officer (P&O) :
No of post : 05 Posts
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 34 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12600 to 32500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : RCI recognized P & O Degree / P&O Diploma from recognized institute. A minimum 02 years post qualification experience for Degree Holders and 8 Years for Diploma Holders in fabricating and fitting artificial limbs to persons with disabilities.

8. Marketing Officer :
No of post : 07 Posts
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 34 years as on 01.12.2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12600 to 32500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A recognized engineering degree with minimum 55% marks (Desirable 60%). MBA / PG Diploma with specialization in Marketing discipline will be preferred. A minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Govt. Department related to Disability / Rehabilitation / Public Sector Undertaking.
