Orissa Community Tank Development and Management Society, OCTDMS, Water Resources Department. The Government of Orissa intends to apply part of this loan/credit to finance the hiring of services of Support Organisations for partnering implementation of the project. Invites application from interested and eligible candidates below the age of 45 years for the following contractual positions:
 
State Project Unit (SPU) :
A. Agri-Marketing Co-ordinator : 01 post, Pay  Scale: Rs.25000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience :  MBA with specialization in agri-marketing. Minimum 6-8 years of field experience in Development Projects.
B. Economist : 01 post, Pay Scale: Rs. 25000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Economics. Minimum 5 years experiences in Development Projects.
C. MIS/ GIS Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.20000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : BE in Computer Science / IT. Atleast 5 years experience in database management and data analysis.
D. Documentation & Information Dissemination, RTI & Grievance Handling Coordinators : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.20000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters in Mass Communication/ Social Sciences. Atlist 7 years experience in communication in development sector.
E. Data Entry Operator and Office Asst. : 03 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.8000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate Minimum 3 years experience as data entry operatorand office assistant.
F. Data Entry Operator and Office Asst. (Technical) : 01 post, Pay Scale: Rs.8000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate Minimum 3 years experience as data entry operatorand office assistant. A plus point if the person has knowledge on CAD.

District Projects Units (DPUs) :
a. Livelihoods Coordinator : 16 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.18000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : PG in agriculture or Minimum Field experience of 2-4 years in development sector allied subject.
b. Agri-Marketing Coordinator : 05 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.18,000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Post graduate/ MBAwith specialization inagri-marketing or agri-economics Minimum 3 years of field experience.
c. Capacity Building & SO Coordinator : 15 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.18000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : PG in Social Work/ Minimum 5 years Sociology/ Anthropology f experience in the development sector, working in NGOs or training centersin the area of capacity building.
d. Social – Land and Tribal Coordinator : 08 posts, Pay Scale: Rs18000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate inAnthropology/ Sociology/ Social Work Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector, working in NGOs or training centersin the area of capacity building.
e. Monitoring, & Learning Evaluation & MIS Officer : 16 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.18000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/ B.Tech/ PostGraduatein Compute r Minimum 2 yearsoScience fexperience in M&E and software
f. Junior Engineers : 20 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.10000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Engineering Experienced candidates will be preferred.
g. Accountant : 16 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.10000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : B Com. Minimum 3 yearsof experience.
h. Data Entry Operator : 16 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.8000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate Minimum 2 years of experience asdata entry operator and office assistant.
