1. Deputy Librarian :

Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : As per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education.

2. Internal Audit Officer :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : As per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education.

3. Executive Engineer :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Age limit for Direct Recruitment should Not more than 55 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 10 years of experience in design and systems and construction of building, roads, sanitary and water supply systems including maintenance of the same. (2) Five years of experience as Assistant Engineer.
Desirable : Post-graduate Degree in structures.

4. Assistant Librarian :

Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-,

5. System Analyst :

Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E. / B.Tech. (Electronic Engineering) OR Computer Science Engineering) from a recognized University with 5 years relevant experience OR M.Sc. with PGDCA with 7 years relevant experience OR MCA with 7 years relevant experience.
Desirable : Good knowledge of computer applications.

6. Hindi Officer :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate /equivalent Degree in Hindi from any recognised university with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade and English as a subject at Degree level. Knowledge of Sanskrit or any Indian Language.

7. Section Officer :

Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. At least 5 years experience in Administration/Accounts/Secretarial work, preferably in a junior supervisory post in a University/ Government/ Public/ Private Undertaking of repute.
Desirable : Good knowledge of computer applications.

8. Private Secretary :

Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with proficiency in English good communication skills. (2) At least five-years experience as Personal Assistant in a University /Govt. /Public /Private/Undertaking of repute. (3) English Stenography. speed : 100 wpm-English Type-writing speed : 40 wpm/ typing Speed of 12,000 (twelve thousands) Key Depression per hour on Computer.
Desirable : Good knowledge of computer applications.

9. Assistant Engineer :

Age Limit : Not more than 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 5 years experience of supervising civil works in any Govt. / Govt. approved contractor. (2) At least five-years experience as Junior Engineer
Desirable : Good knowledge of construction work.

10. Assistant :

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (grade pay/academic grade pay of 5400 and above) and Rs. 300 (grade pay/academic grade pay of less than 5400) (Exempted for SC/ST/PWD) in the form of Demand Draft only drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Central University of Haryana, payable at Mahendergarh.
