Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooprative Limited, Marketing Division, IFFCO, is the largest fertiliser manufacturing and marketing cooperative of the world and has joint ventures in India and abroad in Fertiliser, Insurance and Power sectors such as Oman India Fertiliser Company (OMIFCO), Indo Egyptian Fertiliser Company (IEFC), IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Ltd. (ITGI), IFFCO Chhattisgarh Power Limited (ICPL), IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Ltd. IFFCO has five large chemical fertiliser plants located at Aonla and Phulpur in Uttar Pradesh, Kalol and Kandla in Gujarat and Paradeep in Orissa. IFFCO requires Agriculture Graduate Trainees (AGT) at New Delhi :

Agriculture Graduate Trainees :
Qualification & Experience : Must Passed B.Sc.(Agriculture) with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University/ Institution. Candidates in the final year of their Graduation can also apply provided they have secured minimum 60% marks in pre-final Current year. However, their candidature will only be considered subject to passing out the prescribed qualification with minimum 60% marks, by 15th July,2009, Maximum Age Limit : 28 years, as on 1st May,2009.
Training Period : The duration of Training will be one year .
Compensation : During training, stipend and will Rs. 14000/- p.m. On successful completion, the AGTs will be absorbed in the Pay Scale of Rs.6600-150-9450.
KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGE : Candidate must be well versed with the knowledge of reading, writing and speaking regional language (one or more than one language). Knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.
PLACE OF POSTING : Notwithstanding the selection and placement of AGTs for training, the selected candidates on absorption can be posted in any of the States/Projects/Establishment(s) of IFFCO anywhere in India or abroad.
