Punjab State Electricity Board, PSEB, Applications are invited an eligible candidates for post of Assistant Engineer /Junior Engineer /Sub-Station Attendant at Post Bag No. 09, Lajpat Nagar, Post Office, New Delhi – 110024.
1. Assistant Engineer: (on Training, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science and Civil). 10 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs.7750/14500 with Initial start of 8550/- + Allowances.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.Engg. or equivalent degree in respective discipline recognized by AICTE or UGC or DEC or Institution of Engineers India or PTU or any other statutory bodies established/to be established under the Act of Parliament.” OR PSEB serving officials, who possess 3/ 4 years Diploma in Engineering in respective discipline and have minimum 12 years qualifying service as Technical Subordinates with satisfactory service record, Age Limit: Should be between 20 to 35 years as on 01.01.2009.
2. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 26 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs.6300/10700/- + Allowances. Qualification: 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% or above marks from recognized Institution OR Degree course in Electrical Engineering OR 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with an experience of 5 years as Lineman in PSEB. OR Matric with ITI , with an experience of 10 years as Lineman in PSEB.
Age Limit: Should be between 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.2009.
3. Sub-Station Attendant: 42 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs.4300/7500/- + Allowances, Qualification: ITI/ Electrical with minimum 50% marks and 2 years Apprenticeship experience in the PSEB. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 50% marks. OR Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 50% marks. OR Diploma in Instrumentation & Process Control with 50% marks. Age Limit: Should be between 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.2009.
