Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Union Territory Chandigarh, for selection of candidates for the post of Constable (Executive) in Chandigarh Police so that suitable, smart, intelligent candidates of standard physical fitness and having driving skills are selected in a fair and transparent manner. The selection process will include Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Measurement Test, Written Test and Interview. Police Constable Wireless Operator:  
No of Post: 39 temporary posts, (9 Male: OBC-6, SC-3), and 30 female (SC-4, OBC-8,UR-18),
Scale of Pay: Rs. 3120 to 5160 with usual allowances, as admissible, from time to time, under the Union Territory Chandigarh Rules:
Age Limit: Candidates age should not less than 18 years and not to exceed 23 years as on 01.01.2009. Relaxation as 5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Height: Male – 5′-7″, Female-5’2″
Chest: Male- 33″ (with expansion of one and half inch), For Female – It is Not applicable.
Essential Qualification & Experience: A Candidate must Passed 10+2 Examination Atlist with 50% marks.
